I, Shelly Sullivan, also known as Saishorie~Grace, a Sovereign Living Woman, operating under Universal Law and Divine Authority, hereby affirm the following as my direct experience, sacred memory, and lawful truth:
I. IDENTITY AND PURPOSE
1. I am a Canadian-born woman and an embodied aspect of the Divine Feminine Principle, sent to assist humanity and Mother Earth during this prophesied time of planetary Ascension.
2. My lived purpose includes healing, witnessing, exposing hidden crimes, and restoring the sacred balance between Organic Life and nefarious weaponized technological imposed control systems.
3. I submit this testimony as a truth-bearing document for acknowledgement by legal, natural, galactic, and jurisdictions dedicated to justice and liberation.
II. TESTIMONY SUMMARY
4. Over more than a decade, I have endured direct targeting through covert programs and military- grade technologies, including:

6. On February 24, 2018, I experienced full biological death due to energetic assault. My soul temporarily left the body and was re-integrated through a Divine walk-in, in which higher

aspects of my Source Self entered and restored full life force.
7. This resurrection affirmed my indestructible spirit and activated an advanced phase of my divine mission, working directly with Cosmic Councils and the forces of Light.

“I write to you now not as a victim, but as one who stands victorious after enduring more than a decade of systematic crimes directed not only against me but against humanity itself. This endurance has been part of my higher purpose: to expose and dismantle the dark, destructive forces operating within this world. Under natural law, I testify that all I write and speak on this matter is the truth—the whole truth —so help me God.
I was unknowingly drawn into a covert terrorism program in which I was not only directly targeted, but also forced to witness the same network commit crimes against my family, loved ones, and broader community at a time when I did not know what was causing all this terror and chaos. My testimony serves as a direct exposure of crimes against humanity—crimes I have experienced at the most extreme levels. This program, which I identify as the Hunted Hunger Games Operation, is being carried out by dark operatives connected to military and clandestine government agencies.
The nature of this operation is one of direct and indirect targeting and framing, rooted in my connection with a significant public figure of international recognition. Our relationship is defined by an advanced multidimensional/telepathic bond—a form of communication that transcends current human understanding and reflects higher, extraterrestrial modalities of consciousness. Because of this connection, the perpetrators have systematically tortured not only me, but also my wider network of life, including family, friends, and even animals, in order to make him a witness to these crimes.
Before he (famous public figure) became consciously aware of what was occurring, I believe he himself was subjected to elements of MK Ultra–style mind control programming. I have since observed similar patterns of psychological manipulation and covert experimentation inflicted upon many within my immediate community.
I have documented over ten years of evidence, and I believe the time has come for my testimony to be formally presented in order to hold the perpetrators accountable and ensure their removal from positions of power—both on this Earth and beyond. Please find my affidavit attached.
I would like to establish direct communication to begin this process. I possess substantial proof of what has occurred. With crimes involving invisible energy weapons and high-level organized stalking and violation of soul consciousness the most compelling evidence comes not only from my own extensive documentation but also from the shared experiences of countless others who have endured the same. Among the most devastating crimes committed against me were the targeted assassination of my Mother and the deliberate long term torture against of my beloved dog which also resulted in premature death, both after years of exposure to directed energy weapons, bioweapons, environmental contamination, and organized surveillance operations.
I am the author of a published book written prior to these attacks, which documents the divine union between myself and a long-time soul mate—a union intended for the betterment of humanity but which became a primary target for interference and sabotage. In addition, I have produced years of published articles, social media posts, and YouTube videos that publicly document both my pleas for help and my courageous decision to speak out. At the height of this work, I reached an audience of over 36,000 followers.
The identity of my masculine counterpart and partner in this mission will be revealed at the appropriate time. It is now time for this truth to come forward.
I have preserved attachments that include photographic evidence of the injuries sustained by my

beloved golden retriever after years of exposure to directed energy weapons and subsequent infection. In addition, I possess veterinary MRI and CT scan records that corroborate this evidence. Her body has been respectfully buried, and remains available for exhumation should a forensic autopsy be required to confirm the trauma inflicted upon her skull.
The scope of the crimes I have been exposed to extends far beyond the use of directed energy weapons. This operation reaches into multiple systems, including the juvenile legal system, public education, medical and hospital institutions, and even programs designed to weaponize human beings through mind control.
